How do you get to Culebrita island? You fly to San Juan, then you fly to Culebra on a small prop plane, then you take a boat to Culebrita from there. You then walk 20 min thru the woods, then 25 min or so over dangerous rocks, and you emerge at the world renown Culebrita natural pools. The uninhabited island of Culebrita is approx 1 square mile in area - thats it. One of the most beautiful places on earth in so many ways. Freyja Rae de Vil is always such a badass, doing things no other model would ever attempt.

It's always the moments, those unexpected, simple moments. When Freyja moves from spot to spot, pose to pose, I have learned to always keep capturing shots. In this setting, what could go wrong with any 'extra' frames? Absolutely nothing. As she surveyed the situation, and pondered her next move, I found a moment I knew I loved then, would love later, and still love now. When you're at the Culebrita pools, you don't question or second guess – you just do.
