The goal was to capture the moon rise over my home mountains, the legendary San Juans. These mountains in particular are called the Needles. It took three months researching the moon rise over these mountains, looking at google earth, where the moon will rise in the horizon, I went to this spot five times before ever capturing a single photo. Finally, one evening it all lined up and I took one of my bucket list photos of my home. Although, I felt the photo wasn't enough for what these mountains have done for me on my Spiritual journey. They are my energy temples which help me align myself towards my higher self. Every time I look at these mountains I feel my three inner bodies aligning and I am just filled with unconditional love, which I found out is the energy of The Creator.
