This series are NFTs 1/1 variations based off original mixed media portraits on canvas or paper. The series by I, The Urban Monk, explored celebrity worship, idols, and people (both fictional and real) that inspired me throughout my life. The majority of the originals were sold years ago, but I have decided to release variations of the series as NFTs in a variety of colors, but no two are the same. Every single piece in this collection will be a one of a kind, portrait, no editions. The collection is open as I have many portraits pieces to archive and create color variations of. This collection is NOT community based and are simply works of art inspired by people or beings I admire in one way or another. The series is to show that my influences reach across gender, race, culture, and most importantly I noticed their seems to be a theme of integrity, compassion, and understanding that are key components of all of these portraits.
